中艺对马来西亚华乐的发扬与实质常年落力的推广激起很大的影响，故此创办人赖亚来老师先后三次获槟州元首封赐P.K.T/P.J.M/P.J.K 勋衔，2002年被接纳为中国民族管弦乐协会海外会员。2005 - 2008年曾担任槟州华乐团指挥、2013年也受邀担任槟城慧音社华乐团驻团指挥。 赖老师在担任槟州华乐团指挥期间，曾参与策划或承办了多项华乐节目。2007年也参与了由槟州华乐团与槟州政府联办【龙吟】千人华乐大汇演节目策划。赖老师也担任了千人乐团的指挥之一，同时也指挥了当晚60人古筝的表演。此壮观盛举于槟州湖内室内竞技体育馆 (PISA) 举行，共吸引了近万人观赏并获极大的好评，且被纳入了马来西亚记录大全。赖老师曾经被邀请担当多项大型华乐演奏会的重任，如筹款给檀香寺【赠医施药】与国际佛教大学等如【飞天响起】，【法音传千古】巡回义演指挥和音乐总监等。

The founder of Chong Yee Music Centre Mr Lai Ah Lai has been awarded the P.K.T/P.J.M/P.J.K title back-to-back by the Head of Penang State for the commitment of Chong Yee in the spread of traditional Chinese music in Malaysia. In 2002, he was also accepted as a foreign member of the China Nationalities Orchestra Society. From 2005 to 2008, he was the conductor of the Penang Chinese Orchestra. In 2013, he was then invited to become the conductor of the Penang Hui Yin Seh Chinese Orchestra. During his time as the conductor of the Penang Chinese Orchestra, he participated in several traditional Chinese musical projects. In 2007, he was part of the organizing team of the Chinese Orchestra concert “Long Yin” which was hosted by the Penang Chinese Orchestra and the Penang government that involved thousand Chinese orchestra performers. Mr Lai had also been one of the conductors of the thousand performers orchestra and conducted a Gu Zheng performance involving 60 Gu Zheng performers. The majestic performance was held in the SPICE Arena in Penang (PISA) and attracted the eyes of thousands. It was also recorded in the Malaysian Book of Records. Mr Lai had been invited to several large Chinese orchestra performances too, including the fund collection performance of the Than Hsiang temple. He also volunteered as the conductor and music director of the tour concerts of the International Buddhist College.
